RAIPUR: Suspected Maoists hacked and strangled to death a former cadre who had surrendered three months ago while he was being rushed to hospital after an accident in Chhattisgarh‘s Bijapur late Saturday night. Chhotu Kursam, 21, was in an ambulance when his uncle Raju Kursam and four others stopped it at Gorana village, additional SP (Naxal-Ops) Chandrakant Governa said.
