ATS grilling reveals Bilal Khan’s links with 4,000 Pakistani numbers, regular contact with AQIS handlers in Pakistan

Terror suspect Bilal Khan, arrested in Saharanpur, revealed extensive contact with nearly 4,000 Pakistani numbers and direct instructions from Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) handlers. Investigators found he propagated extremist content, glorified terrorists, and pledged allegiance to his handler, aiming to radicalize local youth for AQIS activities in India.
