Congress announces 11 more names for Lok Sabha elections

The Indian National Congress (INC) released the names of eleven additional candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh and Jharkhand on Sunday.
The party’s Central Election Committee revealed the candidates for various constituencies, including Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Amalapuram (SC), Machilipatnam, Vijayawada, Ongole, Nandyala, Anantapur, and Hindupur in Andhra Pradesh in a statement.The party announced also announced the names for Godda and Ranchi constituencies in Jharkhand
In Andhra Pradesh, Jagna Goutham will contest from Amalapuram (SC), Dr Pedada Parameswarwararao (Srikakulam), Valluru Bhargav (Vijayawada), Bobbili Srinu (Vizianagaram), Gollu Krishna (Machilipatnam), Eda Sudhakara Reddy (Ongole), Jangiti Lakshmi Narasimha Yadav (Nandyal), Mallikarjun Vajjala (Anantapur), and BA Samad Shaheen (Hindupur).
In Jharkhand, Pradeep Yadav (in place of Deepika Pandey Singh) will be contesting from Godda seat and Yashashwini Sahay from Ranchi.
The elections for the 175-member Andhra Pradesh Assembly and 25 Lok Sabha seats are set to take place on May 13, with the vote counting scheduled for June 4.
While, Jharkhand will go for polls on May 13, May 20, May 25 and June 1 for 14 Lok Sabha seats.
