Cops stop TDP netas from meeting Andhra Pradesh governor

Published on

A planned meeting between a TDP delegation and Andhra Pradesh governor S Abdul Nazeer was thwarted as police continued to detain several party leaders on Sunday, following the arrest of party president N Chandrababu Naidu, report Srikanth Aluri & Samdani.
As a result, a significant number of senior TDP figures, including legislators, former legislators, and former ministers, remain confined to their residences. Despite this, TDP supporters continued to stage protests across the state against Naidu’s arrest. The NRI wing of TDP organised rallies in London, where CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is currently on vacation.
