NEW DELHI: Minister of parliamentary affairs Kiren Rijiju described as a huge honour Bhutan’s decision to dedicate a stupa to PM Narendra Modi for his “outstanding vision and commitment to friendship between India and Bhutan”.The stupa dedicated to Modi is one of the 108 stupas that thousands of volunteers erected in a single day, each 15m tall and separated by 108m on an 11.7km stretch along the Aie (Mau) river within Gelephu Mindfulness City near the border with Assam.
