NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday visited the residence of former deputy prime minister and BJP veteran LK Advani to seek his blessings as he completed 25 years as a head of government.“Met Advani Ji at his residence and sought his blessings. His decades of public service and contribution to our national life have left a lasting imprint. He has played a pivotal role in strengthening India’s progress,” PM Modi said in a post on X.

PM Modi has remained in government leadership continuously since October 7, 2001, first serving three terms as Gujarat chief minister before becoming prime minister after the BJP’s victories in three Lok Sabha elections.The prime minister’s visit came as he marked the milestone of 25 years in government.
