Supreme Court to review validity of Article 370 abrogation on May 1

NEW DELHI: Supreme Court is set to review the validity of the Union government‘s 2019 decision to abrogate Article 370 of the Constitution, which granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir. The pleas seeking the review of the judgment, where the court upheld the validity of the decision, is scheduled to be heard on May 1.
