A former AAP women’s wing functionary filed a sexual harassment complaint against Punjab health minister Dr Balbir Singh in a Patiala court, accusing him of repeated harassment, molestation, and intimidation. She also named his son and others in a criminal conspiracy, alleging unwelcome advances and demanding arrests. Singh has denied the charges.
